Gene Loya
Gene Loya is the co-founder of Limitless Elements, a marketing and communications agency built on the belief that effective marketing is the result of the right elements working together. Originally from Edinburg, Texas, Gene brings a grounded, systems-focused approach to helping organizations grow through strategy, creativity, and intentional storytelling.
He studied at the University of Texas Pan American, now the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, and has built his career translating complex business goals into clear, relevant messaging that resonates with diverse and multicultural audiences.
Gene takes a hands-on role in every project, guiding clients through brand development, digital marketing, and campaign execution so each component works as part of a larger, cohesive system. He also serves as President of the Media Alliance of Houston, supporting the local media community through programming and scholarship initiatives that invest in the next generation of talent.
Lexi Culver
Lexi Culver is the co-founder of Limitless Elements and leads the agency’s creative direction and brand execution. She approaches marketing as a system where strategy, design, and storytelling work together to create clarity, consistency, and measurable impact.
A University of Houston graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and a minor in Marketing, Lexi brings experience across television, non profit, medical and agency environments.
With a background in content development and brand refinement, Lexi focuses on shaping how brands show up across platforms. She ensures that every visual, message, and campaign element aligns with the larger marketing framework and supports long-term growth.
As a hands-on leader, Lexi works closely with clients throughout the brand and campaign process, translating vision into execution with precision and intention. Her role brings balance to Limitless Elements, connecting analytical strategy with thoughtful creative to help brands communicate with purpose and perform with consistency.
